Option 1 — SMS Text:

1. Text your device model name (e.g. "LG Classic") to (910) 427-5824 — also known as (910) I-ASK-TAG

2. Receive an instant automated SMS reply with relevant device information

Option 2 — Voice Call:

1. Call (910) 427-5824 — also known as (910) I-ASK-TAG"

2. When prompted, say your device model name

3. The system will read back the relevant device protection information automatically
